Domestic Violence: Miss. Joy Adeyemi, a student of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA) and a Point-of-Sale (POS) operator, was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend. Her decomposing body was found in her apartment, barely 2 weeks after 2 other students, Andrel Okah and John Abbah, were kidnapped and killed (See incident in IBD032821). The recent murder triggered protests by students of the institution. |
