A chieftain of Oodua People’s Congress (OPC), Akeem a.k.a. Omo Bello was killed by his colleague, Ahmed Saka a.k.a. Area, during a battle over the protection rights on some hectares of land. He was shot several times. When the bullets could not penetrate his body, he was inflicted with machete cuts on his neck, legs, and stomach. |
