Troops of the Joint Task Force North West, Operation FANSAN YAMMA, killed a terrorist identified as Smally, a lieutenant of the notorious terrorist leader Kachalla Muhammadu Filani. The operatives also recovered three machine guns, two AK-47 rifles, 11 magazines, and 180 rounds of ammunition, as well as six motorcycles allegedly used by the gunmen. Other reports stated that 2 people were killed in the incident. |
