Personnel of Operation Safe Haven, a special security task force maintaining peace in Plateau and some parts of Bauchi and Kaduna states, killed a 23-year-old herder, Abubakar Musa. The incident happened in the night when members of the community were sleeping. The personnel arrived the area and shot sporadically in an attempt to make some arrests. Abubakar was hit in the process. |
